Fraud Alert – WhatsApp Scam

It has come to the attention of Chesley, Taft & Associates and the Investment Advisor Association that fraudsters are using WhatsApp to impersonate employees of Registered Investment Advisory firms and other financial institutions. The fraudsters are contacting these clients via WhatsApp and urging them to buy or sell securities or with other “urgent” messages.
As far as we know, this scam has not occurred at Chesley, Taft & Associates but is a troubling new method of fraud.
Chesley, Taft & Associates will never contact you via WhatsApp. All business is conducted via our corporate email, by phone call, or in person. Do not respond to any outreach through WhatsApp. If you receive any messages through WhatsApp from someone claiming to be your advisor or a member of our team, ignore the message and contact our firm immediately.
Mình thường coi dự đoán miền Bắc như một kiểu giải trí nhẹ nhàng, đọc xong rồi tự đối chiếu xem suy nghĩ của mình có trùng không. Hồi trước toàn chọn theo linh cảm, nhưng càng theo dõi càng thấy dễ bị mấy dãy số “nhìn hợp mắt” dẫn dắt nếu không có chút thống kê hay lý do đi kèm. Gần đây mình hay lướt du doan mb ở vài chỗ khác nhau, rồi tự lọc lại theo cách riêng, thích những nhận xét có giải thích hơn là chỉ đưa số. Trúng thì vui thật, nhưng mình luôn nhắc bản thân đây vẫn là hên xui, đừng đặt kỳ vọng quá kẻo mất vui. Đọc bình luận…
