Faris F. Chesley

Chairman

Faris has been an esteemed and active member of Chicago’s investment community for more than 40 years. Before founding Chesley, Taft & Associates, he was Vice Chairman of ABN AMRO North America Incorporated, successor to The Chicago Corporation, which he joined in 1988. While at ABN AMRO, Faris also served as the Chairman of the Investment Policy Committee and as a member of its Risk, Management, and Investment Advisory committees. Previously, he was the Executive Vice President and a Director of Prescott, Ball & Turben, Inc., and from 1970–1984, he served as President of Burton J. Vincent, Chesley & Co. (formerly Chesley & Company). He began is career with Hornblower & Weeks.
