Client Service Specialist

This individual will work as part of a team of Client Service Specialists supporting all Portfolio Managers.  Responsibilities include a wide range of operational and client service duties including but not limited to new account onboarding, account maintenance requests, processing money movement requests (including annual required minimum distributions), performance reporting, creating client presentations and answering calls.

In a small firm, each professional is required to contribute in a variety of ways that may change over time. Adaptability, plus the ability to think critically and suggest ongoing process improvements are essential, as well as a flexible attitude and orientation toward teamwork. 


Other qualities required for success are:

  • Ability and desire to develop client relationships

  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail

  • Strong technical aptitude and desire to advance technical skills

  • Proficiency with office productivity software such as Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

  • Analytical and project management skills


This person should present themselves professionally at all times and have the highest standards of integrity and honesty.  The firm’s entrepreneurial environment and growing business have provided rewarding opportunities for its small and dedicated team.  


Financial industry and portfolio accounting experience is highly preferred. 


College degree required.
