Client Service Specialist

This individual will work with a small team of Client Service Specialists supporting individual Portfolio Managers.  Responsibilities include a wide range of client service and internal operational duties. The client services responsibilities include processing wires, ACH payments and other money movements; new client and new account onboarding; ad hoc account maintenance requests; utilize Excel, PowerPoint and portfolio accounting systems to prepare client presentations; estate and trust processing; and answering client phone calls, emails, and special requests.

In a growing firm, each professional is encouraged to contribute in a variety of ways. Depending on the skillset and interests of the candidate we hire, they may be asked to assist with office administration, compliance, trading, digital marketing, CRM management, and general IT. Adaptability, plus the ability to think critically and suggest ongoing process improvements are encouraged and championed. 

 

Other qualities required for success are:

  • Attention to detail and Strong work ethic

  • Ability and desire to develop client relationships

  • Strong technical aptitude and desire to advance technical skills

  • Proficiency with office productivity software such as Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

  • Analytical and project management skills

Financial industry and portfolio accounting experience is highly preferred. 

 

College degree required.
